Each booking comes with a free customized menu if you tag us on instagram @thepalomagirls
We usually ask you to answer a few questions to help us understand your event. Questions include: total hours of event, expected guest count, what’s the occasion?, liquor/cocktail preferences, any special accommodations (Kosher, allergies, etc).
All of our bartenders have a Mixology Certificate and Food Service Certificates. We also have a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for General Liability & Liquor Liability.
With a passion for mixology and making people feel good, offering an event bartending service just made sense! We love to meet new people and bring our mixology talents to all types of parties.
Opening Day Events, Corporate Events, Birthday Parties, House Parties, Weddings, Matchmaking Events, Surprise Parties, Retirement Parties. You name it!
A 1920’s themed Great Gatsby Murder Mystery Birthday party. We featured 3 cocktails from the prohibition era, and the Smoked Old Fashioned was the star of the menu.
We bartended a promotional party for a new store opening in Soho. We created a Signature Cocktail based on the brand’s colors (blue) that the customers loved. The menu was also based on names of the company’s products. It was just a fun way to really connect with the company and also the customers!
Come up with a plan, an overall mood of your party/event, what do you want to accomplish? Who do you plan on attending? Have a well thought out plan in mind and go for it! We are here to answer all of your questions.
We offer full-service deliveries for spirits & ingredients, OR a shopping list if you’d like to purchase the menu ingredients yourself.
Ice. Do you have a place to store or do you need us to bring coolers?
COI – does your building or rental space need a Certificate of Insurance for outside services? We are insured for both General Liability & Liquor Liability.

Kosher menus 😊 Unfortunately we do not rent or provide tables at this time.
